Technology and MVP results

• Loki the robot was successfully brought up including mapping and self-driving
• added self-driving while mapping (ROS2 Nav2 SLAM)
• added ROS2 parameter server to the robot
• a large number of bugfixes and performance tweaks
• designed the first version of the Arduino ESP32 PCB
• finalized ROS2 robot description files
